Looking back on the last post, I should never ever have watched that movie. Or I should have, without making a very wrong decision afterwards.

Anyway.

It is Valentine's Day, i have my own place and internet connection, so let's celebrate

 Some kid told me last week I was Jackie Brown. I wish. I like to lie to myself and think I have Pam Grier's nose.

And another current obsession: Dead Man's Bones. Not only because Ryan Gosling is just wonderful in pretty much every aspect, but also because of the dreaminess of the music. Of course, as a former goth who still wears way too much black but has gone down the road of folk country darky whatever, the whole concept speaks to me.

I usually do not like music that involves children's singing but of course this is an exception. I think I will purchase this as a vynil.

Next thing to get me: a record player. Seriously. Too bad I do not have a rich partner these days who will just get me one and a wonderful set of loudspeakers for Valentine's.
